Born and raised in central Florida, Brian earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology (GA Tech) in 1997 with High Honors. He began as an Engineering Intern for a geotextile company and a general contractor in 1993, for the City of Lakeland, and a masonry construction firm in 1996. Upon graduation from college, he began as an Engineer Training project manager for a mid-sized civil engineering firm in central FL, responsible for all aspects of the design, plans, permitting, and construction oversight of large residential communities in central FL. In 2001, he moved to a large consulting firm focusing on international automotive companies, national big-box retail chains, and regional apartment groups. He became a Professional Engineer in 2002. This provided diversification in experience and confidence to begin independent projects beginning as far back as 2001 and to form Denham Engineering, LLC, in 2005 to continue his work and expand into expert witness projects. For over 20 years with Denham Engineering, LLC, Brian has continued to work on a diverse group of successful projects in many areas of the state.
